About

I like automation that earns its place.

I’m Faizan. I build voice agents and n8n workflows for the parts of a business that keep getting delayed, forgotten, or copied by hand.

The work in one sentence

Make the next step obvious.

A good example is a cancelled appointment. Someone has to notice it, check who is waiting, send an offer, wait for a reply, update the calendar, and tell the business owner what happened. That is a lot of small work for one empty slot.

I build the workflow that handles those steps in order, and I keep the logic visible enough that a person can still understand and change it.

What I bring to a build

I ask what happens next

The useful question is not “where can we add AI?” It is “what should happen after this call, form, or cancellation?”

I work with the stack you have

n8n, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Twilio, CRMs, voice platforms, webhooks, and APIs are tools—not the product.

I leave the hand-off clear

A workflow should leave useful records, obvious statuses, and a place for a human to step in when needed.

Tools I use

  • n8n
  • Retell AI
  • Vapi
  • Twilio
  • GoHighLevel
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Sheets
  • Custom APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Docker / self-hosted

Where this work shows up

  • Healthcare reception: check availability, book, and reschedule without leaving the caller guessing.
  • WhatsApp follow-up: send booking confirmations, lead alerts, and waitlist messages where customers already reply.
  • Operations: connect delivery, enquiry, and internal tracking work so a status does not disappear between tools.
